We are living a defining moment and I want to talk about who you are and who you are becoming in this challenging situation that we are facing right now.
What I am going to share with you today, applies to everyone, but more so if you are a leader in any kind of leadership position, if you are the CEO of your own company, if you are an entrepreneur, a coach, a mentor or if you are a thought leader.
I believe, firmly that we're always being leaders, we're either leading ourselves or we are leading people around us.
This is not business as usual and that’s why it’s so important that you understanding why leadership in the face of crisis not only will define our future but will also define who you are as a person.

Why it’s ok to feel fear, because if not now when?
How you can hold space for others with more compassion and less fear.
Why nothing outside of you can trigger you, only you can trigger yourself.
